JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Software Development Managers for Pleasant Prairie, WI location. Plan and manage the development, maintenance, and support of business solutions. Manage a team of software developers to produce resilient, scalable software solutions and manage the day-to-day operations of the IT Software Development Department. Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the development team responsible for creating and supporting applications. Develop, implement, and maintain team organization that ensures skills and capacity for project and enhance work, while providing superior support for production applications. Work across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across our full stack of front-end, back end, and middle ware platforms and technologies. Technical environment: Jquery, Json, Hibernate, JAVA, J2EE, Scrum, UML, JSP, SOAP/REST Webservices, Spring, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Struts, JMS, MQ, XML, SQL, PL/SQL, WebSphere Rational Application Developer (WRAD), Team Foundation Server (TFS), Microsoft Visio, IBM Content Manager, IBM Websphere, PsPad, Cassandra, IntelliJ.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

*Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, any Engineering field or a related field plus 2 years of experience in software development required. Required Skills: Jquery, Json, Hibernate, JAVA, J2EE, Scrum, UML, JSP, SOAP/REST Webservices, Spring, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Struts, JMS, MQ, XML, SQL, PL/SQL, WebSphere Rational Application Developer (WRAD), Team Foundation Server (TFS), Microsoft Visio, IBM Content Manager, IBM Websphere, PsPad, Cassandra, IntelliJ. (*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, any Engineering field or a related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in software development is also acceptable).
